HS Boys 2nd Assistant Baseball Coach (Appendix II - 1 per school if over 45 participants) CONTRACT LENGTH: Sport Season STIPEND: $1832.60 POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for guiding and directing students in a successful baseball program at the high school level. IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Head Coach Athletic Director School Principal DUTIES: Responsible to help organize and plan practices and develop conditioning programs to develop improved strength, skill, and agility. Must demonstrate an interest in and support of the entire school program by attending activities. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience as a high school baseball coach in a successful program. Must have good communication skills. Must be able to get along with students and parents. Ability to motivate athletes. Experience as a baseball participant at the high school or college level. " />
