STRIDE Fitness is a treadmill-based interval training concept, delivering a total-body cardio and strength workout designed for every fitness level and led by dynamic STRIDE Certified coaches. Using state-of-the-art Woodway treadmills and MyZone heart rate monitors, STRIDE Fitness offers a supportive and inclusive environment, providing three signature class formats: interval, endurance-based, and strength training. RESPONSIBILITIES * The STRIDE Fitness Coach will lead up to 25 participants through the class experience. * Energy and motivate clients throughout workouts. * Build STRIDE Fitness class attendance while retaining current clientele. * Ensure the safety of clients regarding cardio and strength training components. * Attending staff meetings and required educational presentations. * Handle member concerns when applicable. * Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed. * Maintain a strong social media presence to increase class following, and participation.
