As a CNC Programmer,you will contribute to the creation of cutting-edge components through your expertise in CNC machining and programming. 　　*Responsibilities *

　　Program mills and lathes at the controller,ensuring precise regulation of machining factors such as speed,feed,coolant flow,and depth and angle of cut. Interpret drawings and manufacturing documents to input or edit computerized machine control media.

　　Expertly set up and run mills and lathes,demonstrating proficiency in handling both CNC and manual machining processes to guarantee optimal performance.

　　Perform finishing operations,including deburring,tapping,honing,and bench work,adding the final touches to crafted components as required by project specifications.

　　Follow blueprints,drawings,and verbal work instructions with meticulous attention to detail,ensuring the accurate production of parts that meet quality standards.

　　*Qualifications *

　　Possess a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in CNC machining on both mills and lathes,including proficiency with Manual mills and lathes. Experience with HAAS machines is a definite plus.

　　Demonstrate proficiency in programming,machine set-up,and knowledge of tooling and fixtures. 

　　Ability to follow instructions per blueprints,technical drawings,or work instructions is critical to success.

　　High school diploma,machinist trade school certification,or equivalent work experience,reflecting a solid foundation in machining principles.

　　Own and maintain manual measuring devices,tools,and a toolbox based on your experience,showcasing your commitment to precision and professionalism in the CNC machining field.

　　$18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
