Job Description Summary#TeamAAM is looking for a highly motivated individual to support our team in Detroit, Michigan. This individual is responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment in the facility, which includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing.
Job DescriptionTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Supports Production operations with all maintenance and repairs for electrical and mechanical problems such as (but not limited to) CNC mills, conveyors, machine automation, and robots.Analyzes, troubleshoots, and maintains all plant equipment through the application of sound troubleshooting techniques and repair methodology.Work from available mechanical and electrical drawings and equipment specifications and schematics.Assist with research of parts as necessary.Basic 24 DC to 480 volts AC troubleshootingPerform preventative, predictive, and routine inspection maintenance.Reads and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, quality documents, set-up instructions, blueprints and electrical prints.Completes charts and other simple documents to communicate to team.Maintain safe and clean working environment by staying in sync with procedures, rules, and regulations.All other duties as assigned.
