We offer a competitive starting wages of \$22.00to \$31.00 based on skill and knowledge. 4 ten hour shifts 3 weeksvacation Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, matching 401k on day 1Summary: Sets up and operates computer numerically controlled machinesto perform machining operations by performing the following duties.Responsibilities: * Inserts precision indicator in machine spindle, anddepresses switches to jog spindle into contract with workpiece,synchronize tape and tool, and record setup point. * Retracts spindleand loads and secures first preset tool and holder. * Ability to runmultiple machines, simultaneously, as required * Starts machine andobserves cutting operation. * Compares numerical data display withspecifications on operations sheet. * Assembles and presets tooling fornext operation during automated cycle to reduce machine downtime. *Replaces milling tools with drilling and boring tools at specifiedchange points to reduce or eliminate subsequent machining of workpieceon another machine. * Operates machine on preliminary dry run beforemachining first part to detect errors in tape or computer program. *Remove workpieces from machines, and check to ensure that they conformto specifications, using measuring instruments such as microscopes,gauges, calipers, and micrometers. * Observe milling or planing machineoperation and adjust controls to ensure conformance with specifiedtolerances. * Position and secure workpieces on...
