　　Description:

　　Required to program CNC machinery on a daily basis and assist in set-ups and set-up instruction

　　Must also participate actively in 5S Audits, Kaizens, GreenBelt Projects, and Safety Sweeps

　　This position requires knowledge of blueprint reading, CNC programming and operation

　　Must be able to multi-task

　　Must communicate and assist Production Manager, other supervisors and departments throughout the site

　　Responsible for monitoring tooling in the plant and assuring that all needed supplies are ordered to support the on-time targets of the plant

　　Will work closely with the Production Manager, Planning and Maintenance to provide solutions to various issues including capacity constraints and machine breakdowns

　　Must Haves:

　　5-10 years of CNC Programming or Lathes/Mills setup experience

　　Training of personnel in job duties and safety practices

　　Complexity of knowledge: Must be proficient in the use of MAS90, enterprise timekeeping, and MS Office programs

　　Read and understand complex blueprints

　　Convert fractions to decimals and English to metric
