　　Job Summary:

　　Set up machines and machining of complex parts with close tolerances.Requires the ability to machine parts using CNC Lathe and/or CNC Millwith little or no supervision.

　　Essential Job Functions:

　　Set up tooling and fixtures on machines using engineering set updrawings.

　　Establish origins of machine to fixture and machining of first part toblueprint requirements.

　　Inspect and verify part.

　　Run production parts after setting up.

　　Establish production standards and optimize production for maximumoutput while maintaining

　　quality and blueprint requirements.

　　Perform in process inspection and benching of part during machine cycle.

　　Complete all inspection data, SPC charts and certified operatordocumentation.

　　Compliance with safety standards and guidelines

　　Maintain good housekeeping during all phases of production.

　　Make accurate and detailed transactions of work done in ERP software.

　　Work collaboratively with Engineering and Quality departmentrepresentatives to ensure

　　product meets set requirements.

　　Additional Duties:

　　Provide support for Lean manufacturing and continuous improvementinitiatives, companywide.

　　Other duties, reporting, special assignments, or projects as needed andassigned.

　　Must remain current with, and complete all required training asassigned.

　　Must adhere to Company Corporate EHS Policy and department, occupation,and task specific

　　safety protocols, including but not limited to Personal ProtectiveEquipment (PPE) requirements.

　　Qualifications:

　　4-7 years CNC Machining experience in a regulated industry, aerospacepreferred.

　　Knowledge of set-up and operation of CNC machines with excellentattention to detail

　　Demonstrated ability to read blueprints.

　　Physical Requirement include: standing for long periods of time, andlifting up to 40 lbs.

　　Other Requirements:

　　Must submit to and satisfactorily pass any pre-employment screeningrequired for employment

　　with the Company.

　　Must take medical exams required by law, in conjunction with occupationspecific activities, the

　　physical work environment, and ongoing industrial hygiene samplingresults.

　　Depending on assignment, may be required to use stairs, remain uprightand/or seated for

　　prolonged timeframes, intermittently reposition the body per varioustasks performed, and use

　　various tools and work-related supplies.

　　Education:

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Completed apprenticeship program; journeymen certification preferred.
