Option to also cover in our Sheboygan location - currently onlyone day a week. Shift: Shift 1 Job Summary: Provides proper care anddisinfection of all equipment and accessory instruments. Completes allroom set-ups. Performs general clerical duties and provides support forpatient care activities performed by RNs, LPNs, and physicians. Otherinformation: High School diploma or equivalent required. Completion of aCertified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant or LPN program required.(May consider experienced MA candidate without MA diploma if eligiblefor certification). Current State or Nurse Aide Registry required forthose that complete the CNA program. CMA or RMA certification requiredor must obtain within 6 months of hire for those that complete the MAprogram. WI LPN license required for those that complete the LPNprogram. CPR certification required.
