　　LPN Qualification and Requirements:

　　Authorized to work in the United States.

　　Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing

　　1 year of experience as a Long Term Care CAN

　　1 Year experience in LTC or CNA capacity

　　American Heart Association BLS

　　NYS NA Certification Required
