　　CNA 1 OR CNA 2 - Nursing Float Pool at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Willamette Falls, OR. Multiple FTE and Shifts available.

　　The Certified Nursing Assistant provides non-professional direct patient care under the supervision and direction of an RN, utilizing the care plan.

　　The CNA 2 performs clinical duties and assists licensed nursing personnel in the provision of basic nursing tasks.

　　$4,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

　　CNA 1

　　Required qualifications:

　　Completion of certification course for Nursing Assistants.

　　Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License

　　Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　1 year of experience in nursing home or hospital experience.CNA1, Salary Range:

　　Oregon City, OR

　　Min: $ 17.91, Max: 26.82

　　CNA 2

　　Required qualifications:

　　Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course or CNA 2 coursework: Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements.

　　Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License

　　Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　1 year of General hospital experience

　　1 year of experience as a CNA 2

　　Min: $ 17.91, Max: $ 27.90
