　　Your Role:

　　We are seeking an R&D leader for CMP slurry development in thesemiconductor fabrication industry. This leader will supervise an R&Dteam, including technical leads, chemists, and technicians.

　　Lead the research and formulation development of the CMP slurry: setthe R&D direction/pace, review project progress, and create ahigh-performance slurry with a deep understanding of the mechanismLead the communication with key customers; connect customer needsand technical solutionsLead technical strategy development, resource planning, taskprioritization, and related cross-function management workLead intellectual property development (e.g. patent filings)Be the spokesperson of the R&D team and work closely with theapplications, marketing, and commercial teamsWho You Are:

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Ph.D. in Chemistry, Physics or Material Science8 + years\' experience in research and development, which includes3+ years of experience in a people management rolePreferred Qualifications:
