　　Who We Are Looking For:

　　Stanley Black & Decker is transforming its operations with a Lean-Led Data Driven Tech Enabled approaches. As CMMS Implementation Manager, you will promote this transformation for I4.0, empowering the enterprise CMMS tool (s), driving its adoption and use. You will solve challenges of strategic importance to the company and will maintain smooth deployment and supporting operations . This role is a 24-month fixed term position, working remotely with the potential for full time hire . You will be laser focused on internal customer service, plant and operations success using digital tools. This role will use various project management tools and experience in maintenance systems to drive work quality and speed of execution in implementing the eMaint CMMS, across multiple sites simultaneously as part for the global rollout initiatives.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　The role is responsible for:

　　The accurate capture of asset data, in alignment with SBD master data governance requirement.

　　Proactively working with site leadership, to ensure site readiness for CMMS implementation.

　　Working independently or with a 3rd party provider for either the collection, conversion and /or importation of parts list and work order history from legacy CMMS into the new CMMS.

　　Providing periodic updates on implementation status and proactively manage project execution risks.

　　Performing post-implementation activities to ensure the utilization and adoption of the CMMS is successful.

　　Actively participating in the superuser groups for the coordination, implementation, and use of CMMS systems across SBD.

　　Collaborating with our CMMS vendor, internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to develop and deploy training materials as required.

　　Analyzing CMMS and work management data to identify and close gaps related to master data.

　　Coaching and developing site-based maintenance planning resources.

　　Working with Reliability Engineering and plant maintenance to continuously improve the work management processes.

　　Supporting sites in the adoption and use of CMMS tools for Zero Based Budgeting.

　　Establishing and supporting good communications with maintenance and operations teams.

　　Provide technical support to the planning function to identify and develop QA requirements as requested for maintenance activities.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s Degree or exceptional work experience in a manufacturing setting

　　5 years or more experience in a maintenance organization as a planner or supervisor. Alternatively, 2 years or more experience implementing CMMS tools

　　Experience as a Master Data Specialist or Super user with eMaint creating technical objects, maintenance plans, and developing BOMs

　　Experience working with operations, maintenance, finance and HR teams

　　Detailed understanding of the key elements of work management, their relationships and application in a CMMS or EAM tool.

　　Strong negotiating and project management skills with the ability to get results through formal channels and informal networking within a Global matrixed organization

　　Ability to travel up to 30%
