Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented CM Analyst/Program Support join our team in Ft. Detrick, MD.
Responsibilities
Performs a variety of coordination activities including but not limited to personnel, administrative and programmatic duties in support of government customer program.
Manages personnel onboarding.
Coordinates and provisions new employee resources including badging and IT equipment and access to IT systems.
Tracks program team internal and company-wide compliance training requirements
Designs and establishes management documentation
Authorizes the release of software configuration changes specified by management and other functional groups.
Provides advice and guidance on methods, procedures, and requirements to individuals responsible for the creation of documentation.
Provide configuration accounting in support of change management activities and facilitate/participate in applicable IPTs and Control Boards.
Provide project document CM support
Collaborates with engineering in CM tool utilization, version control system trunk, branch, and tagging strategies with an ultimate goal for efficient change tracking, version control, merges, and tagging of releases
Collaborates with engineering in establishment of key program milestones synchronization to software baseline author control, project control and enterprise control levels
Serves as a stakeholder of engineering review boards (ERBs) and configuration control boards to establish initial engineering and formal test baselines, and then evaluate and maintain changes driven by change requests
Collaborates with engineering in the software build process development and execution (manual or automated)
Collaborates with engineering in problem solving configuration management issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years experience as a CM Analyst and Project Coordinator
Experience with defining and implementing Software Configuration management policies, procedures, processes, and tools.
Proficient in the administration and configuration of software CM tools used to control, release, and deploy software baseline products
Strong cross-group collaboration and relationship management skills including directing & coordinating teams to achieve deliverables
Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
Ability to work effectively across multiple teams in a time-sensitive capacity
Self-motivated & highly adaptable, able to work autonomously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Clearance Requirements
An Active Public Trust or ability to obtain

Physical Requirements
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
