The opportunity
You will have professional responsibility for the security of Teva employees, resources and information against criminal risks, in the respective geographical area.
Location: Croatia, SEE, Hungary
How you’ll spend your day
• Establish and maintain security procedures, standards and guidelines in accordance with applicable law and Global Corporate Security policies and standards
• Act as a security business partner to the country management and other relevant local Teva initiatives
• Responsible for risk assessment of the security of employees, resources and information, against criminal risks
• Professionally support upon security related issues as they occur addressing employees and managers needs and queries about security
• Responsible for investigating security related incidents
• Implement the transportation security policies to insure the integrity of Supply Chain
• Establish, obtain, research, and disseminate supply chain security intelligence to diminish the risk of our transportation system
• Implement and coordinate with the required business functions the Strategy against Counterfeit Medicines
• Act as a law enforcement liaison to develop a close working relationship with the country authorities in charge of the fight against counterfeit medicines in the country
• Manage and coordinate the Travel Security Policy in the respective geographical area
• Manage and coordinate the Events and MICE Security Policy in the respective geographical area
• Manage and coordinate the PESV process in the respective geographical area
• Support and guide the education and training of employees and management in security related matters
• Audit Teva and third parties sites and activities for compliance with Corporate Security policies, standards, and procedures
• Perform Red Team Drills as part of the audit program to ensure that the Security staff and systems are performing as required
• Act as a law enforcement liaison to develop a close working relationship with the country authorities in charge of the areas of responsibility
• Support the Regional Security Officer in ad-hock regional missions
Your experience and qualifications
Relevant academic degree or equivalent education and formal security education
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar security positions, or 8 years as an officer at a relevant law enforcement organization
Working experience with a multinational corporation in the respective geographical area
Official Security certification and security related trainings
Excellent communication skills
Fluent command of written and spoken English
