　　Your Day to Day

　　As the Director of Food and Beverage, you will lead and direct food and beverage operations, ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience. You will be responsible in managing, planning, implementation, and execution of all food and beverage initiatives to ensure exceptional guest experiences and financial success.

　　What We Need From You

　　Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

　　Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or city hotel with multiple F&B venues and Banquet Operation

　　Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field

　　Experience in large volume F&B operations

　　Excellent communication skills

　　Strong organizational skills

　　Ability to lead a large team

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

　　Ability to multitask
