About Cluster Corporate Sales Manager

  A brilliant opportunity to join the sales and marketing team, if you are an individual with a flair for sales and target driven. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, proactive, people and customer focused.

  As the Cluster Corporate Sales Manager for the properties you will be working with key TMC, Corporate, Government, Embassies in the local market to solicit business year round. You will also identify and target new acquisition accounts to that will contribute to the success of our business.

  Responsibilities:

  · Achieves budgeted goals by executing sales activities within assigned market segments.

  · Increases sales volume and profitability by assisting in developing and executing projects for assigned market areas as stated in the property marketing plan.

  · Maintains effective correspondence with both internal and external stakeholders, effective and timely manner.

  · Meets budgeted sales and profit margins for business, by soliciting, selling, and confirming business as required on a timely basis.

  · Prepares proposals with the Cluster Director of Luxury and Corporate that are geared to maximize profit while satisfying guest needs.

  · Insures maximum occupancy on a daily basis by performing follow-ups on progress of business booked with Reservations.

  · Conducts market analysis to determine guest needs, occupancy potential, desired rates, etc.

  · Attends trade shows in key market cities to develop new business and establish contacts

  · Ensures all reservations are tracked correctly for statistical purposes and maintain 100% accuracy on all reporting

  · Develops plans, special sales activities and promotion while attending weekly sales calls and conducting onsite inspections

  · Ensures own function operates within cost restraints.

  Experience and Qualification

  · Minimum 3 – 5 Year existing Corporate Sales Manager experience

  · Corporate Sales Manager with proven experience in the Hospitality industry

  · Driven individual with the ability to consistently achieve or exceed targets

  · Self-motivated individual who possesses a "go-getter" attitude, driven by passion to overcome obstacles and embrace challenges with a positive mind-set

  · Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently with a high level of accountability

  · Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

  · Team player who values collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and fosters a positive company culture
