About the Opportunity
DMI is seeking a AMS Support AnalystDuties and Responsibilities:Java is primarily used by AMS so programming language is a plus and not a must.
Strong investigative, analysis and design mindset with ability to communicate using various modeling and system documentation techniques. Solid technical foundation in modern enterprise application development.
Automotive Industry and Connected Car experience preferred.IT Application Management Support (AMS) experience is desired.Strong Systems and Business Analysis skillsExperienced in all aspects of analysis, hands-on experience in creating concepts, flows, uses cases and functional modeling.Experienced in full system development lifecycle, SDLC; vision, requirements, use cases, traceability, acceptance, etc.Solid understanding of technology foundation in modern architectures (Cloud computing, APIs, Microservices, messaging etc.)Understand ITIL operational processes and service levels.Develop Operational Specifications and Handbooks.Conduct Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions.Develop Operational Remediation Scripts to be used by the Help Desk staff.Document issues, their root causes, and the corrective measures.Document product enhancement requirements and work with the development teams for prioritization and implementation.Understand existing processes and system bottlenecks, data integrity, and identify opportunities for process improvement.Support and collaborate with the development teams (during the development cycles) on system design and ensure it is conducive from an Operational perspective.Apply business process and systems knowledge to successfully troubleshoot tickets and to implement changes to the Operational processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 8 years of relevant IT experience.Preferred Additional Skills:Experience in full software lifecycle implementation, upgrades, production support, and refinements.Experience working on a Scrum/Agile team.Ability to engage and work with a wide range of stakeholders.Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.Work well in a collaborative team environmentProactively investigates problems to establish root cause.Ability to solve complex problems with creative solutions.Learn new concepts quickly and thoroughly.
Qualifications
