We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in both People & Process transformation advisory for cloud technology. A CSA who is passionate about helping our customers transform and do more with the Microsoft Cloud. This is a customer-facing consultative role, where you will be leveraging your Microsoft Cloud and your Modern Service Management subject matter expertise, as well as your consultative skills, to help customers achieve value from their Microsoft cloud investments. You will do this by focusing on areas such as cloud governance, cloud operations, end-user and business adoption, FinOps, DevOps, and more.
This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
Strong Customer facing Consulting experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT), network operations, technology solutions.
Extended experience and certification in Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, M365, D365, or Power Platform), infrastructure technologies.
Trusted Advisorship: The ability to build trusted advisor status and deep relationships across stakeholders (e.g., technical decision makers, business decision makers) through an understanding of customer needs and technologies.
Commercial acumen: the ability to network with internal stakeholders and build a portfolio of customers in order to build and maintain a healthy portfolio of customers and billable work.
Additional requirements:
Drive People & Process: The ability to prepare the customer for operational readiness and long-term organizational adoption.
Optimization: The ability to guide the customer towards solution cost and performance optimization leading to retention and expansion opportunities.
