JOB REQUIREMENTS: Our Clinical Training Specialist is instrumental inworking towards our purpose every day!! This position will typicallyspend 4 hours during the day and 4 hours in the evening, conductinginteractive product training and on-going education to clinicians inhealth facilities for all Posey Products. This position does spend 6 - 8hours per day walking and standing. Our Clinical Training Specialistacts as the lead for education both in person and virtually for allhospitals in designated geography. Travel is required 100% of the time,most weeks, will fly out on Monday and return on Friday. Most of travelwill be within the designated geography, but could require travel toadditional geographies as needed. Candidate would preferably live inOhio, Northern KY or Western PA. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:o Performs product in-services, educational needs for Posey portfolio tocustomer clinicians. o Initiates programs to ensure successfulimplementation of products in facilities. o Develop presentations andeducational materials to use in meetings with falls leads, clinicalleads and VAT committees. o Perform on going virtual and in-personin-servicing/training to existing customer accounts as requested. oPerform other duties, as necessary, to assist the Clinical TrainingSupervisor in meeting company goals and objectives.
