The Skin Clique is actively seeking a dedicated Clinical Training Associate with a focus on training travel and providing essential support during the critical first 30 days of a new provider's onboarding. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the success of our nationwide training strategy and maintaining the highest standards in aesthetics education.
As a part-time Clinical Training Associate, you will be the primary ambassador of The Skin Clique's commitment to excellence in aesthetic training. The role requires extensive travel to diverse locations, where collaboration with operations partners is essential for creating optimal training environments. Your responsibilities will include providing on- and off-label advanced injection and device training, fostering a hands-on and immersive learning experience.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Training Travel:
Travel extensively to conduct on-site Neuromodulator trainings in various locations.
Collaborate with operations partners to ensure optimal training room setup and staffing.
Deliver on- and off-label advanced injection and device training in person.
New Provider Onboarding and First 30 Support:
Conduct First 30 Calls with new providers, offering crucial support and guidance.
Provide direct feedback and assistance following training sessions.
Be on call during the first 30 days for all clinical issues and trainer questions.
Requirements
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Must have an active license, in good standing, in the state where they currently reside.
1+ years of aesthetics experience.
Strong availability for overnight travel and weekend commitments, supporting 2-3 training days each month.
Proven experience as an educator or trainer.
Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools.
Strong attention to detail, clinical/medical acumen, and excellent problem-solving skills.
