SUMMARY The Clinical Supervisor will coordinate clinical services with the Service Area Director, to include Targeted Case Management within the Ending Homelessness division. The Supervisor will be responsible for providing individual and group clinical supervision to clinical staff and case management staff, monitoring compliance of Targeted Case Management paperwork, reviewing and signing clinical documents, training new staff on best practices, and managing monthly billing of Targeted Case Management services, in collaboration with the Service Area Director, program managers, and Ending Homelessness leadership under the direction of the Service Area Director. The Clinical Supervisor will also provide clinical supervision to other clinical staff within Avivo as well as clinical groups to clinical trainees throughout Avivo, which may include a separate group for managers, who also meet the criteria for clinical trainee. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring overall compliance with Rule 79 Adult Targeted Case Management, as regulated by the Department of Human Services. This position will review and submit all monthly billing in accordance with these requirements and ensure ethical and accurate billing. In addition to the above tasks, the Clinical Supervisor may be asked to complete occasional diagnostic assessments. This position will not provide any administrative Supervision. This position will be a hybrid position working remote and from the office. It is required to be able to commute to different areas in Minneapoils as needed. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical training, development and ensuring best practices. Provide Clinical Supervision and leadership. Monitor documentation of all clinical documents under purview for accuracy and timeliness, with monthly review and reporting. Address urgent client situations through both scheduled and as needed consultation. Ensure each team member is appropriately trained through onboarding and ongoing training to effectively perform job scope and duties. Collaborate with Service Areas Director in developing program policies and procedures. Provide supervision to staff within Avivo working toward independent licensure. Provide clinical supervision groups to clinical trainees throughout Avivo as well as a separate group for managers, who also meet the criteria for clinical trainees. Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited program and State of Minnesota licensure. Licensure: Independent clinical licensure as an LICSW, LPC, LMFT or Psy.D., with a current licensure by the appropriate Minnesota State Health Licensing Board Minimum of 2 years' experience providing clinical supervision Minimum of 4 years' work experience in a behavioral health setting. Experience with providing Rule 79 Targeted Adult Mental Health Case Management as well as billing for services. Experience managing compliance with licensing and certification requirements pertaining to the delivery of government contracted fee for service and behavioral health professionals. Experience with and/or a demonstrated commitment to developing and delivering culturally responsive harm reduction, trauma informed services. Experience with electronic health records. Must have access to a personal vehicle. Mileage reimbursement will be provided. Must have a valid, current driver's license, proof of valid insurance and a clean driving record. PREFERRED Experience with programs serving indi iduals with dual diagnoses. Experience supervising clinicians providing Adult Mental Health Targeted Case Management services. Ability to provide and promote unconditional positive regard to all participants and staff regardless of race, creed, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, and economic status, build long-term sustainable relationships. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and nimble in agility to change directions spontaneously. Proven computer and database knowledge that serve as beneficial in reporting and tracking data outcomes. Demonstrate and understand the reasons for changes in the workplace with ability to take an active role in adapting to and embracing those changes. Able to work collaboratively and professionally in all interactions with both external and internal partners. Exercises professional & ethical judgment in handling participant issues and represents organization with a positive and professional image. Demonstrate competence using electronic health records.
