This position requires teamwork and strategic planning with the Sales and Education teams. The focus of the CS is to be a resource to the Sales team, physician, OR and perioperative staff. The CS must be able to train and support the physician and their staff in various procedures and support them technically in the O.R., and other areas and during follow-up patient care as required.Train surgical OR staff personnel in the use of company devicesProvide guidance and support for physicians during live surgical cardiac ablation procedures, cryo nerve block procedures, and utilization and/or operation of company technologyProvide patient support and follow-up, where requested by physician and/or operating room staffConduct training for the physician and medical staff with modalities such as didactic and hands-on laboratory approachesMake calls on physicians and support staff as necessary to discuss AtriCure technology, training programs, and clinical programs and trialsCollaborate in strong team environment with Sales, Marketing, and EngineeringCommunicate on frequent basis, reporting on case notes and product and clinical feedbackWhat You BringBachelor's degree or equivalent in experience4 plus years healthcare, surgical, or OR experienceAbility to communicate and collaborate effectively with people across all levelsComputer and presentation experience with Microsoft programs such as PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and WordExcellent interpersonal skills.
