About Clinical Research Coordinator I - Gastroenterology/Hepatology

  ResponsibilitiesAssist the assigned division research team in the organization, implementation and completion of clinical research trials. Maintain regulatory documents; assist the Principal Investigator in the planning of protocol implementation and site initiation visits and routine monitoring of clinical studies. Along with the PI, ensure that research projects are conducted in compliance with federal regulations, institutional policies/departmental guidelines, and standards of Good Clinical Practice.Job Posting AddendumWe are actively seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I to join the Gastroenterology/Hepatology division who will assist in the coordination of studies of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)This key position will coordinate specific activities for a large-scale registry study including meeting with patients and their families in our IBD clinic to obtain consent, coordinate the collection of bio-samples, schedule and attend study visits, participate in project meetings, preparing IRB submissions and reports, performing data entry and ensuring research activities are being conducted in alignment with IRB approved practices. Desirable qualities include understanding of and interest in pediatric health and/or clinical research.RequirementsRequired Education/Experience:Bachelor's Degree in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Prior experience in research or a related field/setting.Confirmed proficiency in a second language via successful completion of a language assessment may be required for certain departments.Required Credentials:N/A.Preferred:Pediatric research experience.Min to Max Hourly Salary$27.61 - $41.42 /hrMin to Max Annual Salary$57,428.80 - $86,153.60 /yrSalary InformationThis compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year).
