JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: Clinical Research Assistant IIPurpose Under general supervision, assist in various administrative anddata management aspects of clinical research studies. Primary Functions* Organize clinical program patient and study participant charts andfiles, and distribute to appropriate locations * Collect required datafrom study coordinators and enter onto clinical research forms and intocomputerized databases and programs * Perform transcription and scoringof cognitive testing responses * Assist in clinical program and studyprocedure set-up and clean-up * Under the direction of the studycoordinator or principal investigator, screen patient visits in clinicand assist in enrolling them in research studies and clinical programs.Contact patients as required after initial contact to obtain additionalinformation * Provide general clerical support to investigators andcomplete any data projects requested by them * Order and maintain logof stipends to be distributed to study participants * Compile outreachpackets, recruitment forms, and study materials. Preferred Schedule:Position Requirements: Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Knowledge ofbiology, chemistry, mathematics, documentation, and records management.Data utilization, complex problem solving, critical thinking, resourcemanagement, and writing skills.
