Atthe Waukesha Memorial Hospital Day Surgery Department, the unit isstaffed by nurses spanning the business hours of 0515-2030. Shifts wouldtraditionally be 8 hours in length with a variable start time tocorrelates with our patient schedules. PM shifts starts at roughly 1100whereas day shifts can start as early as 0515. About Us: ProHealthOconomowoc Memorial Hospitalserves on average 2500 patients annually;within the 23 Day Surgery patient care rooms, 8 Operating Room suites,and 8 Post-Anesthesia recovery bays. Surgical Services embraces acollaborative approach for treating a patient\'s injury or illness. Careis delivered by our skilled clinical team and integrated ancillarysupport team; which provides all levels of clinical assistancemaintaining a high quality care and patient safety. The SurgicalServices arena encompasses Orthopedics, General & Vascular, Gynecology,Podiatry, Urology, and Ophthalmology surgical procedures. The DaySurgery department is an outpatient surgical unit that provides carebefore and after surgery, heart catherization procedures, radiologyprocedures, and GI procedures. Although the majority of patients aredischarged the day of their procedure, some are admitted to critical oracute care units. ProHealth Oconomowoc Memorial is certified by TheJoint Commission as a Joint Replacement Center of Excellence. Offers theMAKOplasty and Anterior Hip Arthroplasty procedure to patients.
