Description Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client seeking a CFO. The CFO must have strong analytical, strategic-planning, operational and communication skills, including an ability to work well with the CEO, board members and other senior executives. 　　Major responsibilities

　　Own process improvement for the integrity of a company's financial information

　　Manage or oversee the relationship with independent auditors

　　Analyze cash flow as it relates to the organization's operations

　　Supervise all personnel in the finance department

　　Manage relationships with investors and investment institutions

　　Enforce staff compliance with company policies and state and federal laws

　　Hire, train and retain accounting and finance staff

　　Oversee financial systems implementations and upgrades

　　Handle all relationships with vendors

　　Direct accounting policies, procedures and internal controls

　　Strategically manage the accounting and finance functions

　　Identify and control business risks and insurance requirements Requirements - Strong technical background in public accounting (GAAP)

　　Public accounting experience a plus

　　MBA, CPA, CGMA or CMA preferred

　　High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel

　　10+ years' experience in accounting or finance

　　Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

　　5+ years' management experience

　　Strong leadership and organizational skills

　　Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
