  Job Title: Clinical Implementation Specialist Digital Product Group (CIS) -North, Poland

  The Clinical Implementation Specialist will have key responsibility to ensuring annual targets are met in their assigned area of responsibility, working closely with KAM, DS sales team, dealer sales teams and dental clinicians to ensure that sales and revenue targets are in line with business objectives. Actively take part in numerous sales events, product demonstrations and trainings.

  Key responsibilities:

  Achievement of Sales Budget in the assigned areas of responsibility within assigned geographical region

  To provide Year of Year growth of product in assigned areas of responsibility within Poland

  Achievement of Business plan product unit mix in assigned markets

  To be able to articulate business as well as clinical benefits of the products

  To promote, demonstrate and sell the complete range of assigned products within assigned areas of responsibility

  To be the customer’s expert on DENTSPLY SIRONA focus products

  To create new, own work tools and initiative focused on increasing demand and developing sales

  To Identify and target critical end- users / key opinion leaders within area of responsibility with Poland

  To work together with and to report to Commercial Leader on the activities of competitors.

  To initiate and operate marketing programs/events together with BDM DPG

  To support & train customers in terms of product knowledge

  To produce monthly reports on Sales forecast, Events planned.

  To support marketing initiatives around products to increase new users in market.

  To comply with OSH rules and internal Dentsply Sirona regulations

  To perform other tasks assigned by a superior adequate to qualifications

  Requirements:

  At least 3 years sales experience within dental consumables sector (dental manufacturer &distributors background)

  Experience in managing a large territory

  Higher technical education or related to dentistry

  Previous experience in supporting, advising and training customers (dentists, universities, dentaldistributors)

  To be skillful in managing the whole sales process, from gathering new accounts to the after salesservice

  Having a good level of English

  Being able to interpret complex business information and analytics

  Excellent presentation skills through digital channels as well as face to face meetings

  Willingness to travel (60% - 80%), driving license
