Job Overview: As a Bilingual LPN/CMA, you will be an integral part of our clinical team, as well as have the opportunity to form connections and make a direct positive impact on our patients and team members. This role performs a variety of professional nursing skills that provide and enhance patient care. Day to day activity includes reviewing and prepping for upcoming office visits, completing office visit rooming tasks which includes obtaining and recording vital statistics and patient quality measures. The Bilingual LPN/CMA will assist or complete standard clinic procedures along with follow up needs including call backs and relaying of provider recommendations. They will engage with peers and offer assistance as needed. As part of the clinic Family Practice team, you would work 1:1 with a provider. Clinic hours are Monday Friday 8:30am to 5:00 pm with rare Saturday clinic rotation. No evenings or holidays required. Qualifications Current MN LPN Licensure -OR- Newly graduated of accredited school of nursing with established licensure exam date set and licensure obtained within 3 months of hire date. Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) OR - Newly graduated from an accredited medical assistant school. Must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification within 3 months of exam date. Ability to speak Spanish preferred, but not required.
