About Clinic LVN

　　Job Summary:Assists the provider as assigned for the patient's needs and provide maximum care in a safe environment. Maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.

　　Qualifications/Reporting:

　　Required minimum education:Graduate of Vocational Nursing School and licensed to practice in the State of Texas.

　　Required minimum experience:Nursing experience in a clinic or medical office setting preferred.

　　Required skills (if applicable):Effective oral and written communication skills. Leadership and management abilities.

　　Required license/certification:Licensed Vocational Nurse currently licensed to practice in the State of Texas. Current Basic Life Support is required. Current driver's license and vehicle liability insurance required.

　　Job reports to (title of the position):Chief Nurse Officer, Nursing Manager and Clinic Director

　　Job titles reporting to this position:None
