　　We are looking for outstanding, personable, team and service-oriented people to join Aligned Modern Health as full-time Clinic Coordinators at our Kildeer, Park Ridge and Deerfield clinics, as well as various clinics in the city and the north/northwest suburbs of Chicago. The role pays $37,000-42,000 per year (based on experience) plus annual bonus potential up to $5000.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Drive the best patient experience possible in a clean, friendly, and inviting atmosphere;

　　Act as a support partner and liaison between the patient, provider, and support team (scheduling, billing, etc.);

　　Positively contribute to the patient first, team-based culture at AMH;

　　Consistently achieve scheduling success with our patients.

　　Requirements:

　　Patient first attitude and ability to consistently provide 5-star service;

　　Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team environment;

　　Energetic and outgoing personality with a desire to help people - prior experience in sales, hospitality, or events a BIG plus;

　　Passionate about health and wellness;

　　High School degree required;

　　Must have flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including some holiday, early-morning, evening, and weekend availability;

　　Ability to lift up to 20 pounds unassisted; able to sit, stand, stoop, walk, stretch, reach frequently; moderate range of body motions.
