Job Description
With 118 beds and more than 400 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi Medical Center offers a full range of services for the communities of Central and West O'ahu. The hospital has delivered many medical firsts for the community, including Central and West O'ahu’s only interventional cardiac catheterization unit to detect and treat heart disease, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, a comprehensive women’s center, CT scan and MRI services, and the state’s first retina center. Pali Momi is the only facility in Hawai'i that uses a team triage approach in its emergency room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician.
We are proud to offer Family Practice Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynecology at our unique clinic embedded in a high school, providing health care services to the local community. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where you can make a significant impact on the lives of students, their families and the broader community. The ideal candidate will be experienced, a team player, and dedicated to providing high quality medical care, in addition to actively participating in the clinical learning environment and engaging in education and other academic responsibilities.
You could gain valuable first-hand clinical operations and health care experience as a Clinic Assistant. In this role you would perform routine tasks ranging from monitoring supplies to administering health care to patients of all ages to supporting departmental staff. We are looking for someone diligent and motivated, who enjoys learning in a fast-paced clinical environment and shares our commitment to creating a healthier Hawai‘i.
