The successful candidate will be a key contributor, assisting with media planning and campaign execution, drafting media plans, providing advertising creative deadlines, technical specifications, reporting and tracking, optimizing delivery, and campaign billing. Client Services Contractor - Digital Advertising Pay and Benefits: • Hourly pay: $35/hr • Worksite: Leading streaming company (New York, NY 10017 - Onsite) • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL • 40 hours/week, 3-6 Month Assignment Client Services Contractor - Digital Advertising Responsibilities: • Build Media Plans and Insertion Orders in the Company's Media’s order management system and client templates. • Assist Account Managers with internal creative services and trafficking teams to ensure online advertising campaigns are implemented in an accurate and timely manner. • Work with internal teams and resources to test and traffic ads. • Provide reporting and screenshots or work with internal resources to provide. • Assist in monitoring campaigns and ensuring campaign delivery across various ad-serving systems. • Work with Account Managers and internal teams to execute efficient billing practices. • Provide other ad-hoc account-related support. Client Services Contractor - Digital Advertising Qualifications: • 1+ years experience in digital/radio/mobile planning, buying, or account/project management. • Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel & PowerPoint is a plus. • Previous customer service-oriented role a plus. • Existing knowledge of Salesforce, agency order management systems, and/or ad-serving technology. • Self-motivated, driven, organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize, and excel in a fast-paced environment. • Strong work ethic; desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication.
