  Customer Relationship Manager - Reuters Events

  This hybrid role will be based out of our London office in Canary Wharf.

  Reuters Events delivers world-class conferences, content and events across the globe. We work with industry leaders and visionaries to provide the critical intelligence senior level executives need to make great strategic decisions for their businesses.

  Reuters Events brings together Reuters globally trusted brand, scale and editorial excellence aligned with our in depth knowledge of specific industries and the challenges they need to navigate. We provide content-led conferences for professionals in a variety of specialized industry sectors (such as energy, pharmaceutical, automotive, insurance, finance and legal, to name a few) to complement our extensive, in-depth content. Reuters Events exists to deliver strategic business intelligence and foster the relationships that safeguard success at leading organisations worldwide.

  About the Role

  As our Customer Relationship Manager, you will:

  Support our Account Management team by ensuring a great customer experience for our global clients.Develop best-practice processes currently in place to ensure that there is a seamless customer experience from initial contract stages to post-event follow ups.Create a consistent approach to account management which can be replicated across all of our industry verticals to ensure the same standard of seamless customer experienceProvide customer resolutions quickly and feedback to internal stakeholders when necessary.Continue to educate and engage internal stakeholders on the importance of joined up stakeholder liaisonMeet with managers in the organization to optimize strategic planning initiatives.

  About You

  To be our Customer Relationship Manager, you will likely have:

  Proven experience of working with high-value clients in a B2B sales or customer-led setting.Great listening skills and the ability to prioritize a customer requirements.A collaborative attitude with excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills.A solutions-focused mindset and a desire to give the best experience possible to our customers. We're consultative here at Reuters Events and are looking for people that thrive in this kind of environment.
