What You'll Do
As a Client Relationship Consultant , you will partner closely with our Sales team and Broker partners to:
Deliver upon a strategic relationship plan that includes quarterly/annual goals
Provide expert renewal analysis
Deliver outstanding service and selling of new lines of business
This opportunity plays a meaningful role in delivering profitable revenue growth of an assigned block of in-force group business by developing and implementing customized strategies. This will be done through strategy discussions with the sales representatives and brokers.

Who You Are
Bachelors degree or equivalent plus 4+ years related experience (group benefits and/or account management experience preferred).
Life and Health Insurance Licenses required for all states in which business will be conducted or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment required. Active life/health license preferred.
Must have excellent persuasion, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, presentation, listening, and oral/written communication skills, as well as analytical skills.
Advanced math skills required with basic skills related to graphs, symbols, equations, etc.
Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of business unit applications preferred.
Maintain accuracy while being detail oriented.
Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
Occasional travel required, including overnight stays for face-to-face interaction with customers and brokers.
As a required part of the role, candidate must be able to provide personal transportation to business related events.
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$57000 - $88000 / year
Additional Information
Location
Preference is for this role to be based out of the Phoenix, AZ area field sales office. However, we may consider candidates in Salt Lake City, UT as well. We offer a hybrid arrangement, allowing you to work from home and in the office. Leadership has discretion if they need to adjust this work schedule at some point.
Job Level
We are willing to consider hiring at the Sr. Client Relationship Consultant level depending on qualifications, experience, and skills.
