  Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Client Relations Administrator to join our dynamic team!

  We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remote.

  Responsibilities:Acts as a Client Advocate and between all relative departments on the Client's behalfProvide consultative options/approach for client requests leveraging knowledge of market regulations and requirements for Mutual Funds and Retirement SolutionsManage Service Level Agreements and contractual obligationsEffectively maintain client relationships and achieves high client satisfaction resultsProvide timely and accurate updates to clients regarding inquiries, issue resolution and statusPrepare Business Review documentsFacilitate and/or participate in client webinars and presentationsCoordinate client conversions and testingPartner with other team members, as well as other departments, to continually add efficiency to the day to day processes as well as to increase client satisfactionFacilitate and participate in business process training and fundamentals of Marketing CommunicationsAddressand escalate critical concernsAdhere to company procedures and policies to represent the company's best interest in their individual actionsAdditional tasks as requiredQualifications:

  Must possess strong organizational, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and follow through on tasks to meet deadlinesCapability to thrive in a dynamic working environmentHighly adaptable and team orientedLeverage professional presentation skills to interface with internal and external groupsProficient in Microsoft SuiteMust work in an ethical, professional manner with a client centric focusSelf-motivated and results driven with strong problem solving skillsValues being part of a diverse teamSalary range $28.00- $31.00/hr. Bonus Eligible.

  Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.

  Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units
