As a Client Manager in the Enterprise Business team within the Region EMEA Solutions & Services unit, you will play a vital role in accelerating sustainable growth for our large enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Define and implement a 3-5 year Enterprise Account business plan and strategy (Land, Deliver and Expand), addressing top challenges and mapping decision-makers
Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact, introducing value packages, building customer-centric value propositions, and pioneering new revenue streams through a user-centric approach
Negotiation and Contract Management: Initiate, facilitate, and contribute to contract negotiations for products, projects, and service solutions
Team Collaboration: Contribute to the setup of a customer account team, applying systematic account management methodologies
Sales Accountability: Take ownership of sales development and achievement, striving to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the organization's structure, identify key decision-makers, and leverage internal vertical market expertise to create compelling use cases for customers
Customer Insights: Translate customer insights into actionable growth opportunities and support the seamless transition from acquisition to project implementation
Data Stewardship: Owning and managing Salesforce ensuring data accuracy and completeness in cooperation with the countries
Core Requirements
Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, business economics or a comparable qualification
Experience: At least 5 years of matching experience or 10 years of diverse professional experience. You have a track record in increasing revenue, sales and creating sales strategies
Industry Knowledge: Background in technical project management, building automation, general contractors, and EPCs. Knowledge about Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) is a significant advantage. B2B knowledge including solutions and service
Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships, influence C-Level executives, and interact successfully with internal and external partners
Personality: Dynamic, curious, and self-motivated with a strong willingness to grow. Demonstrated resistance to stress in a fast-paced, international environment
Communication Skills: Proficient presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in English. Proficiency in German and/or French is a plus
