  Client Executive – Financial Lines (Global & Corporate)

  Due to positive growth within the business, we are on the hunt for a dynamic Client Executive to join our team. Working within the Financial Services team broking Global and large Corporate clients, you will work alongside and learn from an experienced group of individuals that will ensure you have a long and successful career within Aon.

  Our role is to effect the placement of financial lines insurance for our largest clients, and provide them with consultative insurance risk advice relevant to financial lines policies.

  We are looking to fill Client Executive positions in three States. These are hybrid roles with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon offices in either Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.

  What the day will look like

  You will be responsible for:

  Taking to market a portfolio of Global and Corporate clients, and supporting senior brokers on more complex placements

  Providing market insights and placement strategies to clients and colleagues

  Providing a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management

  Gathering client information to enable renewal negotiations

  Achieving budgeted revenue for retention and growth on existing and new business

  Attending client meetings to maintain and build relationships, articulate Aon’s go to market strategy, present renewal terms, and seize cross-selling opportunities,

  Developing solutions that result in improved client outcomes and retention.

  Skills and experience that will lead to success

  This position requires a driven and motivated self-starter who possesses strong analysis and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will have the following:

  Experience within the insurance industry (general or financial lines), or a Degree Qualification

  Sound business acumen and exceptional client relationship management capability

  Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong presentation skills

  Comfort working in a high pressure professional environment

  Solid planning and organisational skills with a strong work ethic

  A collaborative attitude with a team-focused approach.
