  Duties and Responsibilities:

  Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers.

  Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

  Connect with key business executives and stakeholders to resolve challenges and increase the value proposition of each relationship.

  Implement strategies to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth.

  Facilitate educational webinars for remote healthcare and business facilities to insure maximum utilization of Stratus solutions.

  Required travel is 25%

  Required Experience:

  Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or similar.

  5 years of post-sales account management or comparable internships combined with education.

  Prior sales experience in healthcare organizations a plus.

  Computer proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite required.

  Understanding of technical networks including wireless, wired, and firewall setups

  Experienced in mobile applications and mobile operating systems

  Ability to recreate and detail technical issues

  Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and collaborative spirit desired.

  Pay Rate

  $62,000 - $77,000 Salary

  Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

  This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. Please ask your recruiter for more information.

  Minimum Salary: 62000.00Maximum Salary: 77000.00Salary Unit: Yearly
