Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician

　　Cleveland Clinic Florida’s Obstetrics & Gynecology Institute is searching for a board-certified/ board eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) provider, to join our expanding practice located at our Cleveland Clinic Martin Health location on the treasure coast.

　　Interest in research, education and leadership is highly desirable.

　　Cleveland Clinic Florida is seeking a board certified/board eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join a rapidly developing practice in the Treasure Coast Region just north of West Palm Beach. Our practice provides perinatal support to our three hospitals with maternity services located in Stuart, Port St. Lucie, and Vero Beach. Each hospital is supported by an obstetric hospitalist program. The service area has over 5000 deliveries annually, not all within Cleveland Clinic hospitals. Level 1 or 2 neonatal services are provided currently with a plan to apply for level 3 status at one of these hospitals soon. The clinical scope of the practice is broad and includes obstetrical ultrasound, prenatal diagnosis, and inpatient/outpatient perinatal consultation for the management of high-risk patients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with prenatal diagnosis, as well as obstetric and maternal complications of pregnancy with an interest in growing a Maternal-fetal medicine practice. Individuals fluent in Spanish is highly desirable.

　　The MFM Division at Cleveland Clinic Florida works in partnership with the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. Within Cleveland Clinic we have dedicated interdisciplinary, specialized perinatal clinical programs including a fetal therapy program, a maternal cardiac and neurovascular disease program, a placenta accreta/complex surgical obstetrics program, and a uterine transplant program. The MFM Division is committed to research and recently joined the Case Western Reserve University site of the Eunice Kennedy Shriver NICHD Maternal-Fetal Medicine Units (MFMU) research network.
