Job Summary: Manages and coordinates all administrative support activities of the neuroscience clerkship under the direction of the clerkship program director and education administrator for the Department of Neurology. Provides support in conducting, evaluating and reporting progress on course goals, objectives and student/faculty performance. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to, performing logistics coordinating scheduling of third and fourth year medical students for their clerkship rotation and organizing assignments and lecture schedules. Maintaining and tracking completion of evaluations, interacting with students, residents, fellows and attending physician educators. Proctoring shelf examinations for the Neuroscience clerkship, fellowship and other programs in the department as needed. Proficiency with web based applications and office software is important for strong focus on organization. Must be able to work independently. Support of Residency and Fellowship programs as needed.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Associates Degree or pertinent college level courses and four years of administrative/office management experience including supervisory experience. Excellent written and oral communication, analytical and computer skills required. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Prior administrative experience in an academic setting preferred. Advanced skills in spreadsheets, databases and scheduling tools preferred. Knowledge of education software in Blackboard and Medhub preferred.

　　Work Days:

　　Monday - Friday day time hours.
