　　The successful candidate should have outstanding clerical and organizational abilities, including proficiency in computer keyboarding, along with effective oral communication skills.

　　Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word is mandatory, and the capability to acquire proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other mainframe systems.

　　Familiarity with Logica, Project One and/or e2MIS System will be viewed as an advantage.

　　Responsibilities involve reviewing and filing documents, compiling of various tracking system reports, preparing route sheets, and performing other routine clerical functions.

　　The chosen candidate will need to engage with customers regularly, both internally and externally.

　　Selected candidate must be able to work overtime and weekends when system conditions warrant.

　　The individual may be required to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays in preparation for and during weather and system emergencies.

　　The candidate must be willing to engage in cross-training assignments within the department.

　　Required Education/Experience

　　High School Diploma/GEDSkills & Ability

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills

　　Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments

　　Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills

　　Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.

　　Licenses & Certifications

　　Driver's License RequiredPhysical Demands

　　Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds

　　Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday

　　Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday
