  DESCRIPTION OF WORK

  As a Clerical Assistant 3, you will support the referee staff in processing unemployment claim appeals involving a variety of legal issues. You will apply your organizational skills by scheduling hearings, maintaining confidential paper and digital files, and inputting and verifying data. Other duties include transcribing decisions from digital recordings, typing and distributing documents from draft or dictation, and proofreading documents.   Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employmentWork hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.Work hours are negotiable.Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Bethlehem.Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.   QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (commonwealth title); orOne year of moderately complex clerical experience; orAn equivalent combination of experience and training.
