An opportunity has become available for a Claims Specialist to join our Professional Risks team.
This is an office-based position located in our Wellington CBD Branch at 1 Willis Street.

About the mahi
End-to-end management of Professional Indemnity claims for a variety of membership organisations, and handling associated liability claims for these clients.
Advocating for clients by providing assistance with claims (which can be technical and complex) to both the client and the broker and negotiating favourable outcomes for clients
Ensuring a high standard of relationship management and client support throughout the claims process.
Providing support to the broking teams at renewal and whenever claims information is required
Supporting the Claims Manager and other colleagues where required
