Description:

　　The Civil Engineer with specialize in site development for commercial, municipal, and industrial development projects. They will work collaboratively with both the design team and project management. Projects include sites for commercial, retail, hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, and public projects.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Site design using Civil3D

　　Site and storm water systems management and calculations

　　Assist Experienced Engineers for calculations and other project related items

　　Engineering services and responsibilities include:

　　Site Design - Civil3D, preliminary sketches and design, final design, and municipal and agency approvals.

　　Utility Design - storm, sanitary sewer, and drinking water systems.

　　Storm Water Management - systems management and calculations, soil erosion and sedimentation control, pretreatment, and storage in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.

　　Drainage Design - collection, treatment and discharge systems for residential parcels, stand-alone projects, and residential developments.

　　As-built Drawing Preparation - verification of constructed elements and conformance to design requirements.

　　Condominium and Subdivision Plans - help developers evaluate and design sites according to topographical, environmental, and aesthetic features of the property.

　　Design and Layout Sites - maximize property yield while minimizing necessary infrastructure construction.

　　Government Agency Approvals and Permits.

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　MUST HAVE:

　　Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering

　　EIT working towards PE License (or currently Licensed PE)

　　Experience with Site Development

　　PLUS:

　　PE License

　　Multiple years of experience with a Civil Engineering firm specializing in site development
