　　Job Requirements /Qualifications

　　Workers must have the ability to carryout simple one or two-stepinstructions. Workers must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 poundsand must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Workers must beable to see all colors accurately in order to perform color-specificselect picking. Workers must have the ability to recognize productquality and make necessary adjustments if they are not producing aquality product. The job requires regular standing and walking. Workersshould be able to work on their feet in bent positions for long periodsof time. Workers are frequently required to use hands to finger, handleor feel; reach with hands and arms; and climb or balance. The Worker isoccasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Workers mustpossess the requisite physical strength and endurance to repeat theabove.
