　　Responsibilities:

　　Ability to deliver audience-focused forecasts with impact

　　Mentor direct reports and develop them into well-roundedcommunity-focused meteorologists.

　　Create strategic weather planning across linear, digital and OTT.

　　Communicate upcoming weather events and plans to staff station wide.

　　Collaborate with team members to integrate weather seamlessly into newsproducts.

　　Participates in promotional activities including public appearances
