Identify key topics in alignment with OpCo Management, OpCo Compliance and Central RIC

Continuous controls monitoring activities for key topics

Review control gaps in other businesses with Central RIC and confirm adherence in SI

Review quality of quarterly controls

All special internal control projects/assessments in SI (recent examples include Unlimited liability, Logistics, Scrap, GRN topic

RIC Assessment Execution within Business

Guiding business assessors including quality review

Coordinate timely assessment by SI Assessors

Assessment of Technical Controls and Business-owned Circulars (FEMA, PM@Siemens)

SI ERM process

Coordination of evidences during assessments and adherence to CFR circulars continue to be with the Controlling Team. Ideally the role should be independent of the controlling team.
