Oversee and review project plans, requirements, and specifications.Have demonstrated leadership abilities to coordinate a team ofestimators to develop a large multidisciplinary estimate.Lead the Estimating Department\'s participation in Technical WorkingGroups (TWGs) for Alternative Delivery pursuits, includingDesign-Build, Progressive Design-Build, Public-Private Partnerships(PPP), etc.Determine labor and equipment costs.Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing.Review and understand all bid documents and assess project risks.Understand project logistics and project schedule.Compare and analyze competitive subcontractor and supplier bids.Review quotes and estimates with the Project Management Team.Prepare estimates at different levels of completion (conceptual,Schematic, DD, CD, etc.)Develop comprehensive cash flow schedules for all projectsPerform certain post-bid buyouts.Perform pre-construction duties and meetings with Clients, Owners,and Engineers.Serve as company interface between Owner - Architect/Engineer-Pulice Team and is responsible for developing leadership,motivation, and communication with owners, subcontractors andproject team and is accountable for their actions.Performs other related duties as required and assignedREQUIREMENTS
Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management,Mechanical Engineering or ArchitectureA minimum of 7-10 years experience as a Sr. Project Manager,Estimator or equivalentA minimum of 15 years construction experiencePrivate and public works sector experience requiredExperience with Alternative Delivery projects, including CMAR,CMGC, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, Public-PrivatePartnerships (PPP), etc.Experience developing multiple GMPs during preconstructionExperience working on large multi-million dollar projects exceeding100 million dollars.Advanced computer skills with industry leading/standing estimatingsoftware (HCSS HeavyBid experience preferred)Effective presentation skillsAdvanced computers skills with MS OfficeKnowledge of AutoCAD and/or MicroStation, Carlson, InRoads or GeopakdesirableExtensive knowledge of construction costs and engineering principlesFamiliarity of all aspects of horizontal and infrastructure projectsWell organized, flexible, detail oriented and multi-tasked.Prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines whileconstantly changing tasks and demandsExcellent written an oral communicator.Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
