This job was posted by https://www.azjobconnection.gov : For moreinformation, please see: https://www.azjobconnection.gov/jobs/6302250The Chief Administrative Officer is authorized and been delegated by theCEO, to provide direction, leadership and take proactive actions toachieve the mission and fiscal objectives via the implementation ofoperational initiatives, while representing the interests of theFacility and the partnership. The Administrator is responsible forassuring that the daily operations of the facility comply with local,state, federal regulatory requirements and standards established byselected accrediting bodies.
In conjunction with the Clinical Director and Medical Director, theAdministrator shall develop, implement, monitor and evaluate theimplementation of policies and procedures, appropriateness of care, thesafety aspects of the Facility to assure that cost effective, safe andhigh-quality care is implemented. The Administrator will market thefacility in a manner, which is accurate and reflects the Facilitysability to provide any and all marketed services. The Administratorshall develop, submit, and implement short and long-range operationaland capital budgets which will direct the operation, and use availableresources to adequately maintain the physical property and equipment ofthe Facility. The Administrator will assure that all the leadership andthe clinical services to include professional staff, technical staff,the infection preventionist, performance improvement, safety officer,compliance officer, and those responsible for finances of the facilityperform effectively.
The Administrator will meet all the requirements of an Administratorspecified by the Arizona Administrative Code.
In their absence designates an individual with similar qualificationsand present in and accountable for the inpatient facility.
