　　To strengthen our team inCharleston,

　　we are looking for you as a(n)Chemical Support Specialist.

　　This position will be responsible for various routine tasks as well as providing technical support, special sample analysis, and equipment troubleshooting. There will be additional task assigned supporting Technical Specialist with building related systems. When needed, this role can provide departmental coverage for physical analytics chemical operators due to planned and unplanned absences.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Prepare equipment for maintenance.

　　Return equipment to service.

　　Perform routine maintenance.

　　Perform equipment change outs on analytical instrumentation and lab equipment.

　　Perform first line breaks.

　　Perform proper lock-out-tag-out procedures.

　　Qualifications Required:

　　• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a technical or mathematical field preferred

　　• 3+ years' experience in a chemical or technical field

　　• Completion of the Chemical Operator program at Chattanooga State preferred

　　• Mechanical maintenance experience is preferred.
